Pin Club Terms and Conditions:

• Cardholder shall be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein or in any Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club notifications, updates on www.hardrock.com, and/or by all applicable laws. All interpretations of program Terms and Conditions and benefits shall be the sole discretion of Hard Rock Cafe.
  
  
• Membership benefits have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable unless otherwise notified in writing.
  
  
• It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to notify Hard Rock Cafe International, (USA) Inc. of address changes. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not responsible for undelivered or delayed mail or email.
  
  
• Any unauthorized use of coupons, certificates, member benefits or vouchers deemed as illegal, fraudulent or any activity inconsistent with Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club program Terms and Conditions shall result in the termination of the Cardholder's membership.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc reserves the right to modify the Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club program reward structure, benefits, awards, the Terms and Conditions, and may terminate the program at any time without advanced notice.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc reserves the right to revoke any membership for actions or behaviors online or at the Cafes that it deems inappropriate or offensive. Determination of inappropriate and offensive behavior is at the sole discretion of Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc and the officers of the HRCPCC.
  
  
• Any member(s) caught fraudulently obtaining visits or assisting others to obtain visits will be subject to a one-year suspension of the Pin Passport Program and the deletion of all prior visits.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not responsible for the interpretation by its employees of the Pin Collectors' Club Terms and Conditions or program procedures or benefits. In the event of any conflict, the most recent Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club program Terms & Conditions and/or this agreement (as modified) shall control.
  
  
• Only one Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club membership and card will be issued per person. The Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club program is for individual use only. Membership benefits and awards may not be accumulated for a business entity.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. reserves the right to charge a fee for replacement cards in the event the member's Card is lost or stolen.
  
  
• Pin Collectors' Club Cards and benefits cannot be used for groups larger than twenty (20), restaurant buyouts or special events.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. reserves the right to audit any membership account at any time.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. reserves the right at any time to withdraw or add businesses and cafes to the program without notice.
  
  
• Only one award, benefit or promotion can be redeemed or accumulated per visit unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
  
• Specific states and Hard Rock Cafe units may have additional restrictions and rules that apply.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not liable for typographical, computer or point of sale errors.
  
  
• To join the Hard Rock Cafe Pin Collectors' Club program, a non-refundable annual membership fee is required.
  
  
• Membership may be declared inactive after twelve (12) months from date of purchase and may be terminated. Renewal may be available with reinstatement or renewal fees applicable.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA) reserves the right to substitute welcome package components with items of equal value.
  
  
• PX privileges are provided on a first available seating basis and Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. does not guarantee immediate seating.
  
  
• Hardrock.com and the Pin Collectors' Club section of the web site are provided on a best effort basis. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not liable for any errors on the web site or outages of the site. Any opinions expressed are those of the author and do not reflect any endorsement by or opinion of Hard Rock. All comments are posted and published without liability to Hard Rock.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the web site both in design and content as needed and without notice.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. will provide advanced notification of pins released on a best effort basis and is not liable for any errors, omissions, delays or failures to notify the membership of pin releases.
  
  
• It is the responsibility of members to provide proof of Cafe visits for the HRCPCC Pin Passport Program. For visits to the corporate owned stores, the use of the Pin Collectors' Card for purchases will verify the visit. For franchise stores, the member is required to provide a store receipt and picture of the member at the location as proof of attendance. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. reserves the right to validate the attendance at both corporate owned and franchise locations at the discretion of Club Officers.
  
  
• The HRCPCC Pin Passport Program will track only those visits made after the start date of the program, March 5, 2001. Members can only receive credit for visits made after their enrollment date in the HRCPCC program.
  
  
• Members must have their HRCPCC membership card swiped during payment process at cafe to receive Pin Passport credit. However, Member card swipes are not available in many International locations. At these cafes, your store receipt and photograph of Member at the cafe will provide proof of visit. For instructions on submitting proof of visit, contact Hard Rock Cafe Customer Care at 407-445-7649 or visit the HRCPCC member's website for more information.
  
  
• Any memberships provided by Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. as Lifetime memberships are only valid for the lifetime of the program, not the member. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not obligated to maintain any membership for the lifetime of a member.
  
  
• HRCPCC Members are entitled to a 10% sleeping room discount at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa and Hollywood Florida. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Hotel discount is subject to availability. In addition, purchases made within Seminole Hard Rock Hotel properties are not eligible for membership benefits unless otherwise noted in the list of participating locations.
  
  
• Members in good standing receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchased in the Rock Shop on HardRock.com. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Discount does not apply to Gift Cards, Auction items, Event Tickets, or Charity items. Hard Rock reserves the right to discontinue the 10% discount at any time. Passport visits will not apply to purchases made in the Rock Shop on HardRock.com.
