In its heyday, Harajuku Park was the place for closet rockers to be seen in the late 1990's. Elvis impersonators and doo-wop pretenders would enchant the local populace on the weekends throughout these gorgeous environs. Now that the action has dropped off quite a bit in the new millennium, you can always find the true spirit of rock 'n' roll at the Hard Rock Cafe Tokyo. Stocked with enough memorabilia to fill a Sumo hall, both floors of our restaurant bop all day long to the sounds of rock.
