All Access account balances are held in US Dollars ($). All Access Spend tracking and Reward redemptions outside the US are subject to a currency exchange rate set by Hard Rock Cafe International (USA) once per year. Only one award, benefit, discount, offer or promotion can be redeemed or accumulated per visit unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchases made using other discounts or promotions are not eligible for All Access Spend tracking or Rewards redemption. Any unauthorized use of coupons, certificates, member benefits or vouchers such as illegal, fraudulent or any activity inconsistent with Hard Rock Cafe All Access program Terms and Conditions shall result in the termination of the Cardholder’s membership. Hard Rock Cafe is not responsible for the interpretation by its employees of the All Access Terms and Conditions or program procedures or benefits. In the event of any conflict, the most recent Hard Rock Cafe All Access program notification(s) and/or this agreement (as modified) shall control. If Cardholder does not use the card in association with a purchase from one of the above listed Cafes for a period of twenty-four (24) months, the membership will be declared inactive. If cardholder does not notify Hard Rock Cafe Customer Care within 60 days of the mailing date of the initial cancellation/inactive notice, the inactive card will be terminated. All Access benefits will end and be forfeited upon this termination. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to notify Hard Rock Cafe if the Cardholder’s contact information changes. Only one card is issued per Hard Rock Cafe All Access member. The Hard Rock Cafe All Access program is for individual use only. Membership benefits and awards may not be accumulated for a business entity. Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to charge a fee for replacement cards in the event Cardmember’s Card is lost or stolen. All Access Cards and benefits cannot be used for groups larger than twenty (20), restaurant buyouts or special events. Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to audit any membership account at any time. Specific states and Hard Rock Cafe units may have additional restrictions and rules that apply. Employees of Hard Rock Cafe, their affiliated companies, parents and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate. Hard Rock Cafe is not liable for typographical, computer or point of sale errors. To join the Hard Rock Cafe All Access program, no purchase is necessary, but a non-refundable membership fee may be required. Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to substitute welcome package components with items of equal value. Hotel room upgrades are subject to availability and are applicable at the Hard Rock Orlando, Pattaya and Bali Hotel locations. Membership benefits including the tracking of Spend and redemption of Rewards, is not applicable on Gift Cards, Charity Items, Compact Disks (CD) or Digital Video Disks (DVD). It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to notify Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. of address changes. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not responsible for undelivered or delayed mail. An All Access card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive reward benefits. Benefits cannot be guaranteed if the membership card information is not recorded at the time of purchase. However, at Hard Rock Cafe’s discretion, purchases made by credit card may be eligible for benefits for up to one year after original transaction date by entering detailed receipt information and credit card verification information online at www.hardrock.com. Purchases made with any other form of payment, including cash, cannot be validated and therefore will not be eligible for membership benefits. Purchases made prior to obtaining an All Access membership are not eligible for reward benefits. Membership benefits are not valid for purchases on hardrock.com unless specifically stated. All Access members are entitled to a 10% sleeping room discount at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa and Hollywood Florida.
