Toasted baguette topped with herb cream cheese and marinated Roma tomatoes and fresh basil, served with a drizzle of basil oil and shaved Parmesan.
Chiang Mai Sausage (Sai Ua)
Our recommended local appetizer, a perfect match with a cold pint of beer. Slices of grilled traditional Chiang Mai Sausage made of minced pork meat, herbs, spices and Chiang Mai signature red curry paste. Garnished with fresh ginger and coriander.
Choose from our homemade dressings: ranch, honey mustard, Caesar, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, lite Italian and oil & vinegar.
Romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing, topped with garlic croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese. Add grilled chicken*, grilled beef* or grilled salmon* for a little extra.
Haystack Chicken Salad
This Hard Rock special combines fresh mixed greens, carrots, corn, pico de gallo and shredded cheese. Topped with Tupelo fried chicken or a grilled chicken breast. Tossed with ranch dressing and topped with spiced walnuts and crisp tortilla straws.†*

We proudly use Pang On coffee beans. High quality coffee beans from the Royal Project Foundation.
The Pang On coffee cherries area cultivated near Mae Hong Son, enjoying high growing altitude of approximately 1100 to 1200 meters above the sea level. One finds mainly the Karan tribe working the land in harmony with nature. Officers from the Royal Project Foundation provide useful knowledge to the farmers about the growing methods and attending the coffee trees with care.
