Smashing Pumkins

Smashing Pumpkins

This stunning, custom-built Yamaha drum kit was used by Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin in the studio during the recording of their 2000 album, ‘Machina/The Machines of God’ and used on stage during the subsequent world tour.

Britney Spears

Britney Spears

Pop icon Britney Spears wore this police costume on stage during her ‘Circus’ tour in 2009.

Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi

When Bon Jovi embarked on their late-’80s ‘New Jersey’ tour, they were at the height of their fame. The tour took the group to 22 countries and culminated with a triumphant, sold-out homecoming at Giant’s stadium in New Jersey. Guitarist Richie Sambora took an arsenal of guitars on the tour – including this gorgeous Les Paul-style axe made by legendary Japanese guitar builder Takahiro Shimo. This guitar is a true rock machine and it has seen the world in the hands of Mr. Sambora.

Björk

Björk

With her absolutely singular vocal style and unbridled creativity, Björk is unquestionably the single most important artist to emerge from the vibrant Icelandic cultural scene. Throughout her long career, Björk has expanded the landscape of popular music and taken her rightful place among the most important artists in history. She wore this Iris van Herpen dress in the cover photo for her ambitious 2011 album, ‘Biophilia’.

KISS

KISS

Drummer Eric Carr joined KISS in 1980 and stayed with them for over a decade. He wore this outfit on stage during the band’s ‘Unmasked’ tour – his first with the group. Tragically, Eric died of cancer in 1991. He was only 41 years old.

Rammstein

Rammstein

Stunning both sonically and visually, Berlin-based industrial metal legends Rammstein have been at the forefront of the genre for over 20 years. This ESP KH-4 was one of guitarist Richard Kruspe’s main stage instruments from 2000 to 2011. It was used on the ‘Mutter’, ‘Reise, Reise’ and ‘Liebe Ist Für Alle Da’ tours.

Justin Timberlake

Justing Timberlake

Though he got his start during the late-‘90s “boy band” craze with ‘N Sync, Justin Timberlake quickly asserted himself as a true pop phenomenon and solo superstar. Now into his third decade as a top star, Justin has wowed audiences worldwide with his skills as a performer, producer and actor. This t-shirt is from his personal wardrobe.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga

Pop provocateur Lady Gaga wore this stylish faux-fur coat while in New York City on February 15th, 2015. It was created by renowned designer Thomas Hanisch.
