When Bon Jovi embarked on their late-’80s ‘New Jersey’ tour, they were at the height of their fame. The tour took the group to 22 countries and culminated with a triumphant, sold-out homecoming at Giant’s stadium in New Jersey. Guitarist Richie Sambora took an arsenal of guitars on the tour – including this gorgeous Les Paul-style axe made by legendary Japanese guitar builder Takahiro Shimo. This guitar is a true rock machine and it has seen the world in the hands of Mr. Sambora.
