Elective vision benefits are available to supplement those benefits already covered under the medical plan OR as a stand-alone benefit. Salaried employees may elect supplemental life insurance up to 5 times their annual earnings (limitations apply). To take advantage of this benefit, the employee must be enrolled in medical insurance. STD coverage is provided for all salaried employees at no cost to the employee. You are automatically enrolled the 1st of the month following your hire date, regardless of whether or not you elect medical insurance. Salaried employees may elect to enroll in LTD coverage. Should you need to be out longer than 13 weeks, LTD picks up where STD left off. LTD payments are made at 60% of employee’s weekly salary (limitations apply). Employees are presented with a custom sterling silver collectible pin for each year of service. Hard Rock offers a Milestone Award program for employees who reach their 10, 20, & 25 year anniversaries. To assist employees in managing life’s challenges, Hard Rock provides a work-life resource to our employees, as well as anyone whom affects their life. Eligible employees may receive reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year.
