Hourly Positions
Bartender
Vacation and Sick time is available to Hard Rock employees. The first opportunity to make a great impression. Simply put, this experience has to rock! As a Hard Rock bartender you assume the role of beverage master extraordinaire, showman/woman, tour guide, and musician (at heart). You are center stage, creating guest experiences with your outgoing personality, high energy level, and beverage knowledge. You can personalize every guest interaction that takes a seat at your bar. It’s all about creating authentic experiences that rock!
Busser
Make no mistake about it; we can use all the help we can get. Volume dictates that bussers are not only necessary, but a vitally important part of the team. As a Hard Rock busser you assume the role of server/bartender assistant in ensuring that we’ve created an authentic experience for our guests. Rock on!
Heart of the House (Cooks & Dishwashers)
Simply stated, you cannot run a restaurant without a strong heart of the house staff. Just because you don’t come in direct contact with guests, don’t think for a minute that you’re not a vitally important part of the operation. As a Hard Rock cook, you will be expected to become a master of the menu – creating entrée presentations that meet company specifications each and every time a ticket is presented. As a dishwasher, it’s about being quick, thoroughly clean, and eager to help. It’s fast paced, so get ready to rock each and every shift.
Host
As the saying goes, you get one chance to make a good first impression and as a Hard Rock host, this is the difference between “average” and “authentic”! The Hard Rock experience starts here. You assume the role of greeter, memorabilia expert, tour guide, entertainer, and musician (at heart). A guest’s visit will be based partly on your ability to engage them in the venue, the brand, and the overall experience. Are you authentic enough for this?
Retail Sales Associate (RSA)
Our Rock Shops are retail stores. And, since many of our guests top off their visit with a retail purchase, here’s your opportunity to shine. We’ve made it easy by providing you with cool apparel and accessories – all you have to do is be yourself and share your retail and brand knowledge. How much more authentic can it be? You decide.
Server
Guests visit us because they want to etch their Hard Rock experience in their personal history books. They come because of the unique experience! As a Hard Rock server, you assume the role of menu expert and memorabilia tour guide. You have an opportunity to share your knowledge of our food, beverage, and retail offerings in order to create raving fans. This screams, “Authentic”!
V.I.B.E. Host
If you know a lot about music, artists, and the history of rock n’ roll, you may have just found the perfect position! As a Hard Rock V.I.B.E. host you will be responsible for providing guests with a once in a lifetime rock n’ roll education course. To work in this unique and authentic position, you must be a passionate storyteller with a desire to share your knowledge with others. You will also assume the role of musician (at heart – or maybe you really are a musician).
Expectations are high, but the trade-offs are worth it. Hard Rock is known for its industry leading compensation and benefits, opportunity to grow your career, top notch training, and recognition for excelling at what you do. Hourly benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K, and recognition rewards.
