Our self-driven Management Training Program is a detailed process that allows you to take charge of your own learning and become a student of the Hard Rock business…without a doubt, the greatest industry education possible.

Detailed training schedules with only highly-qualified & certified trainers

Staff Training Components:

In-depth training in all areas of the business: Kitchen, Service, Bar, Retail, Financial, Group Sales & Marketing, Operations Management and Administrative Functions
5-8 weeks of training in a Certified Training Store
3 weeks of training in the Home Cafe
Rock 101 – Hard Rock’s week-long, instructor-led corporate university focusing on the brand’s unique culture, identity and business philosophy
ROCK U – Hard Rock’s online university: e-learning courses focusing on specific management functions and processes
Rockipedia – Hard Rock’s all-inclusive, online search tool, detailing every cafe process
