MICHAEL KNEIDINGER Vice President Cafe Operations Mike Kneidinger is responsible for leading the Company Owned Division of the company and overseeing operations and development for company owned businesses worldwide. Mike's 13 years with Hard Rock has encompassed various positions in the operations group as well as overseeing the Franchise Division for 4 years. Prior to joining Hard Rock, Mike worked for the S&A Restaurant Corporation as a Director of Operations for Bennigan's Restaurants after graduating from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Though his duties with Hard Rock don't leave much time to relax, Mike enjoys spending time with his daughter Christine when she is home from college and unwinds on the water in the Florida Keys as often as he can. |
