• How do I track an international order?
If you chose UPS or DHL shipping, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. You can then track your package at www.ups.com or www.dhl.com.
• Which countries do you ship to?
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America.
• Who pays duties and taxes on the orders?
Orders outside the US may be subject to extra Duties and Taxes, which are the responsibility of the guest. These duties and taxes are in addition to the displayed shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• It's been a while and I haven't received my package... why the delay?
When an order is shipped internationally, the package has to clear your country's customs. Hard Rock does not have control over the time this may take.
