• How will my item ship?
Your order will ship through UPS.

• An item is missing from my shipment, what do I do?
Send an email to customer_care@hardrock.com noting which item was missing and your order number.

• When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• How much is my shipping?
Shipping cost depends on which method of shipping you choose, your address and the weight of the package. You can view shipping costs before finalizing your order.

• What items require special handling?
Some items require special handling fees due to special packaging requirements. Items include Barbie & pin display cases. If special handling is required, it will be noted on your order.

• Can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your package at www.ups.com.

• Which countries do you ship to?
