Did You Know?

Sasha started his career off in a little bar called Hacienda.

Digweed left school and landed a job spinning at a hotel playing for college students.

Sasha created the soundtrack to the Sony PlayStation Game Wipeout 3.

Two of Digweed's favorite movies are Bladerunner and Once upon a time in America.

Digweed went through all the phases: electro, hip-hop, rare groove, soul/funk and then back in '87-'88 the whole acid house scene kicked in.

Sasha used to be a fish farm worker and even was a pianist in the eighth grade. "I guess it was around '91 when I first started getting kind of global attention toward what I was doing. I suddenly realized that I had a career. Before that I was just playing parties for my friends in odd little clubs here and there. Then suddenly it just all blew up. Sasha recently moved to an English countryside home that came with a home studio and two cats—Hattie and Biffo.

Digweed also goes under the pseudonyms Babealicious and Northern Exposure.
