From Buffalo:
Take 190 North over Grand Island (toll booth at the first bridge), continue across Grand Island. At the end of the second bridge, exit onto the Robert Moses Parkway, follow all the way to the end (do not get off at City Traffic exit) of the Niagara Reservation State Park. At the second stop sign, you will see the HRC on the right.
