Take I-95 to exit 22 (I-676 West to Central Philadelphia). Follow I-676 west for one mile to the Broad Street exit. At the end of the ramp, make the first left onto Vine St. Follow Vine St. for three lights and turn right onto 12th Street. Continue for four lights to Market St. HRC Philadelphia is on the left corner of 12th and Market St.
