Ace Frehley - KISS
Silver “Spaceman” costume worn by guitarist Ace Frehley during the KISS “Alive” tour 1975-1976. This is one of two costumes ever made in this style. The burn mark on the leg of the suit is from one of his “special effects” guitars he would often play during performances.
Pete Townshend - The Who
A one of a kind black Schecter Telecaster electric guitar custom made for The Who guitarist, Pete Townshend. Pete used this guitar while performing the song “Eminence Front” in concert.
Buddy Holly
A rare 1949 Lubbock High School yearbook that depicts Buddy Holly’s 6
th
grade photograph. The Everly Brothers, and “Peggy Sue” signed the yearbook.
U2
The band U2 has become one of the most popular bands in rock history while maintaining a politically active voice in human rights and social justice causes. On display is a confederate style sleeveless coat that has been worn and signed by Bono, the vocalist for U2.
The Beatles
The violin used in the music solo of The Beatles’ song “Don’t Pass Me By” from the “White Album” 1968
Bon Jovi
A white leather coat custom made for Richie Sambora. This coat features the letters “SAMBORA” emblazoned on the back of the coat, and was worn by Richie during performances. Accompanying the coat is a Kramer “New Jersey” guitar that was signed by Jon Bon Jovi.
Jimi Hendrix
A distressed leather jacket worn by Jimi Hendrix during a performance at Madison Square Garden. Frankie Avalon previously owned this jacket, and it can be seen photographed in the March 1988 edition of “Guitar World” magazine.
Bruce Springsteen
A black electro-acoustic guitar used and signed by Bruce Springsteen. It is featured in Bruce’s music video “One Step Up” from the “Tunnel of Love” LP, 1987.
Scott Weiland
A pink boa jacket worn by vocalist Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. It is featured in the “Interstate Love Song” music video.
Deryck Whibley - Sum 41
A Fender Telecaster guitar belonging to Deryck Whibley of the band Sum 41, that was used during several tours and featured during his performance at the “MTV Icon: Metallica” show.
