Signature Events – December 2012 - “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU TO THE HARD ROCK ATLANTA TEAM!!”
“Spencer and I would like to take a moment to tell you what a pleasure and an honor it was to work with your amazing team this month as we managed our way through our ASH 2012 Meetings and Live Media Events at your restaurant. We have received over a dozen emails and phone calls not only from our attendees, but also from our sponsors, including the vice-president of one of the pharmaceutical companies who was a sponsor, and faculty as well, congratulating us for managing meetings and live media events that were not only informative, but ones that ran so smoothly, seamlessly and enjoyably for everyone who participated.
   Through years of experience, we know that the only way a program like the IMF’s Annual ASH Meetings and Live Media Events could run as well as they did, is through a true team effort from all those on the front lines. From the moment we began to work with Dina Biondo and Zak Jordan a year ago, we knew we were in good hands. Their attention to detail is second to none. I was impressed not only with their follow-through on the smallest of details, but also by the questions they asked on-site of both me and Spencer. Both Dina and Zak are not only professionals in every possible way, they are also experts in their craft. Dina knows how to navigate and captain a meeting from start to finish. Zak, he of the thousand requests we made of him the week we were there. Both of these folks never flinched at all of the last minute craziness thrown at them. Not even a doctor from Canada walking up and starting to use Zak's personal laptop made him flinch. (True story).
   When Spencer and I first arrived at the restaurant Thursday, December 6th, you and your entire staff staff made us feel welcome and right at home. In fact, everyone that my client and we met during our events at your restaurant was equally as warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Our client has never come back after one day of meetings and said to me or Spencer that they like this Sales Manager or that A/V Tech. But this is exactly what happened in Atlanta. Dina and Zak were mentioned by name to both me and Spencer. I have to admit, Dina and Zak took a ton of pressure off of the two of us. The client felt perfectly comfortable going to Dina and Zak to ask questions and/or favors of them personally. This was so great to see as this is one exacting client that demands precision meetings while making changes on the fly while we are on-site. Dina and Zak pulled that off and more, far exceeding our clients expectations. And trust me, with this client - that is not an easy thing to accomplish!
   Oh my gosh, Chef Anna and the culinary team at the Hard Rock Atlanta. I have never had one chef and culinary team work so hard to customize menus for our events. We hosted attendees from China, Japan, South America, Europe, Canada and the USA. Chef Anna and her team served the best of the best meeting after meeting. We had so many compliments on the food. I was fortunate to walk through your kitchen on a tour with Chef, and must say your standard of food quality and kitchen excellence is or should be the standard bearer for all things Hard Rock. Chef, thank you so much for the love you put into your food.
   I can honestly say that this was one of our best ASH experiences EVER. It was truly a pleasure and an honor to work with your team this month and we sincerely look forward to working with your team again in the near future. This years excellence at ASH most certainly is a reflection of the level of service, food quality and commitment to excellence of the Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta Team. Kudos to all who made our week such a HUGE success!! Give 'em another pickle guys!! “

RSA Security - August 2012 - "I want to thank the entire staff of Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta for the fantastic service and overall great vibe they provided during our annual Biker Party. The food was delicious and the servers made sure everyone had a drink in hand at all times…even while getting folks dancing. Dina Biondo, the Sales & Marketing Manager, is incredible. From start to finish, she was there to meet our every (changing) request--many of them last minute. Dina also introduced us to the talent agent who booked Collective Soul for the party. Thanks to Dina, the band’s every requirement was met and they put on a great performance! In addition, Dina hooked us up with photographers, AV, and printers making it so easy to plan the party. She also suggested some unique ways to make the party even more fun. Everyone loved the green screen photos and the red carpet with fake paparazzi and fans. It was definitely a party to remember thanks to everyone at Hard Rock Atlanta. Thank you so much!!!"

Wedding Reception – August 2012 – “The accolades and compliments are still coming about Rosalie's and Robby's wedding reception at the Hard Rock Cafe! Our families, friends, people who have only seen the pictures but did not attend are raving about the reception, some of the comments; Rosalie and Robby made it their own, the Velvet Underground at the HRC really fit Rosalie and Robby and the theme of their wedding, it was just a fun-tastic event, we never had so much fun at a wedding reception, this is a wedding reception we will remember and be talking about for a long time, the service was excellent, the food was great, everyone involved made it so much fun, the servers had a great attitude and celebrated with us. Plus I have personally received so compliments from family and friends on putting the reception together, it's simply amazing and it makes me feel great!   There is no doubt that my daughter Rosalie and now son in law Robby were thrilled and so very happy at the success of the reception, everyone had a wonderful time and so much fun. However none of this would have been possible, if I had not met you at the bridal fair representing the HRC at your booth, I still recall thinking and asking, what you are doing here. Dina there isn’t enough words or ways to tell you thank you and a job well done, it really was perfection, I mean this sincerely from my heart. You met with us, listened, answered our questions, had to convince me that you were going to make it the happiest day of my daughter’s life and you delivered! I will most definitely tell everyone I know if they need a place to hold any event, business or personal to contact you directly, that the HRC can deliver on what they promise and then some. Please feel free to use me as a reference for any potential new customers, I would enjoy telling anyone that Dina Biondo and HRC can handle their event with perfection!   My most sincere thanks to you Dina and the entire HRC staff who made the wedding reception so wonderful, may God bless all of you with his graces.”

Presenting Atlanta for Procter & Gamble - June 2011 - "This past Wednesday night I bought out the Hard Rock in Atlanta and in a word, the event was flawless, literally. I cannot think of one shortcoming throughout the entire process of planning and execution. I have been doing events in Atlanta for 15 years and have worked in all the venues and a large number of restaurants here so I have much experience with which I can gauge an event’s success.  The sales team along with the talented chef, gave us a new perspective and that was what made me think of them for this recent group.  That night I expected a very good event, but I got absolute excellence. They had every detail covered. Mike Roberts handled my production needs and was just as detail and service oriented as the sales team, a true pleasure to work with. This carried through every one of the staff there that night; a high level of service, continual attention to detail, great interaction with the guests (including one of the servers who joined a group onstage doing karaoke)…. I could go on and on. The night was a great success.  I will definitely be taking more groups there and will happily refer groups that don’t necessarily need me to handle them. I often help the hotels and the Convention & Visitors Bureau in showing off Atlanta to groups considering the city and will let all of them know what a treasure we have in the middle of downtown.

40th Birthday Party Event - April 2011 - "I want to thank you so much for all you and the Hard Rock staff did on Saturday night to make Dusty's party so amazing. Global Concepts - December 2010 - "I held a corporate dinner event at the Hard Rock Cafe in 2010 and I was so impressed with their staff, food and event space. Our dinner was for 85 people. The staff was great to work with both before the event and during the event. Everyone was very professional, worked in a timely manner and were willing to work with me on price points and menu options. We had a pre-set menu that had great offerings. We were in the Velvet Underground which worked great for the size of our group. The Hard Rock Cafe is a great place to hold your next event."

PepsiCo - October 2010 - "Just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service you gave the PepsiCo group with our customer event while we were attending the National Association of Convenience Stores Convention in Atlanta.  Our customers and employees had a wonderful time. Music, food, bar, service and décor were terrific.   We had over 700 of our PepsiCo customers join us at some point during the evening.  We also appreciate the time you and your group spent with us pre- planning the event to ensure we could provide a great time and stay within our budget.  Thanks again, and please thank your great staff for making our team feel so welcome."

Microsoft & Bing - July 2009 - "Thank you and your staff for a superb experience planning and executing an absolutely perfect party for our corporate group in July. This party was very important to us – we needed to impress 1000 people from over 30 countries, show them a good time while allowing them to network, and stay within a pretty tight budget. Elise Roth Tedeschi’s hard work, attention to detail and innovative recommendations were instrumental in achieving these goals. It was a huge value add that the Hard Rock was able to provide this full-service event coordination – Elise arranged the permitting for a bus zone outside the restaurant, oversaw the printing and delivery of Hard Rock-branded party collateral, and even arranged the police security. Furthermore, Elise and the restaurant showed incredible willingness to come up with out-of-the-box solutions to issues surrounding space, buffets, security at entry, and entertainment. The fact that you actually unscrewed booths from the floor and removed all of the structures in the store to give us more space (with one day’s notice!) is testimony to that. We were blown away that you would make this happen. The entire restaurant staff – especially the servers and the door man (Brentwood!!) – showed the same dedication and enthusiasm for making this party incredible for our attendees. In the end, every last one of our guests raved about the party and it was the talk of the conference the next day. I’m actually nervous because I’m not sure how we will ever top this party next year! Thank you again for everything – it was truly an amazing experience working with you all."
