Hi there,

This is my first year in Portugal, and I'm a huge American Football fan. Friend of mine suggested Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon to watch the Big Game. I wasn't too sure about watching best game of the season in a place / country / continent that was into Soccer.
I still decided to give Hard Rock Cafe a call on Sunday, Feb 7th and I got one of your Hostess Ms. Teresa on the line. Surprise, she convinced me that Hard Rock was the place to be to watch the Big Game, and answered all my questions, and even went all the way to reserve a table for me in front of the Big Screen.
I must mention, she made good on her promise, and I got one of the best tables, she remembered my name when I walked in, and made sure I was well taken care of. Even as I was leaving she was nice enough to chat for a few minutes and asked about my experience at Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon.
She is one of the main reasons that I'll be back time and time again at Hard Rock Lisbon.
In my Opinion she's the best hostess you guys have there, always with a smile, on her feet, and attentive.
On a scale of 1 to 10, she gets a 10.
I just wanted to express my experience and opinion to the managment.
