At the end of each fiscal year we recognize employees for the great job they have done over the past year. Our recognition celebration this year at the Hard Rock was a huge success. We have held this event at several locations over the years, but this one was truly special. The crew did a fantastic job. It’s rare that you have spectacular service with an event like this. Acceptable is usually the expectation. Average food, and typically a buffet for a group this size. It’s easy to handle 190 people with a buffet, but handling 190 people with individual orders, and doing it with speed and accuracy is almost impossible. Your staff produced incredible results. No empty water glasses, no food mistakes, no one waiting for their meals. The waiters and waitresses were polite and very professional. All the feedback was positive. That’s rare! In addition, working with you and Holly was a real pleasure. It was obvious you invested considerable time and effort to ensure success of the event.

“Hard Rock Memphis and TravelHost of Memphis have teamed up annually to provide a SUPER LUNCHEON for downtown Memphis hotel employees. This is a much anticipated annual event for the hard working professionals who are the ones who come in daily contact with the traveling public in Memphis. The great staff at Hard Rock goes all out to provide a welcoming atmosphere upstairs in a private area for these hotel employees. Each year the menu has varied to keep it fresh and new for the returning guests. The friendly personalities come out from the Hard Rock staff as they make the Concierges Front Desk Workers, and Bellmen feel relaxed and welcome to the luncheon. Additionally, the Hard Rock schedule (from 11 am to 2 pm) allows the employees to enjoy the event and return to their hotels so others can then attend.
