I personally wanted to say thank you for making Dave’s surprise birthday party on August 1, 2009 as special and as perfect as it ended up being. I cannot thank you enough. You and your staff did everything possible in making this an event Dave will never forget.  I began planning this event in March of 2008. Although I did not originally begin working with you, I am extremely glad I ended up with you. Your help throughout this, as well as your suggestions were invaluable. The Hard Rock Guitar was a personal touch that he will treasure forever. We have plexi-glass cases he will be mounting the guitar in and will be hanging next to his signed guitars of Eric Johnson and Steve Vai (two of his idols), that is how special this guitar and evening meant to him. Your staff was extraordinary as well. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everyone of my guests; especially the birthday boy and my helper (Ladena) were taken care of the entire evening. Everything ran like clockwork and nothing was out of place.  I truly appreciate everything you and everyone you had helping us, did for us and if I plan any other event, will definitely not hesitate to use Hard Rock Café as my venue of choice.

Thanks to Melania Campa and her staff, we had a successful kick-off to our announcement of the return engagement of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Amy and her team had decorated the room for Christmas (in March) and had Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer playing on all of the TV monitors in the restaurant - none of which we requested, but it was the perfect touch for the event. The room was great and the food was terrific.  We have worked with the Hard Rock Cafe on several other events and have always been extremely pleased with how they turned out. We look forward to our next event at Hard Rock."
