Setting up your entire facility within 3-1/2 hours while handling our last minute changes never slowed you down. Even with the cool weather making our few exterior items move inside was easy with your experience. Being in the food services industry, we have very high standards when it comes to serving delicious food, and that you did provide! Your staff kept every food and beverage station well stocked so there was very little, if any, waiting by our guests.
