Sammy Hagar is the lead vocalist, guitar player and songwriter
for Van Halen and his own group, Sammy Hagar and the Waboritas.
He has sold millions of albums, owns and oversees the #2 premium
tequila in the States, aptly titled "Cabo Wabo" and
is also the proud creator and owner of two highly successful
Cabo Wabo Cantinas, the famed Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico and the first stateside Cantina at Harveys in
Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Sammy presently has two current CDs, "The
Essential Red Collection" (Hip-O/UMe) and Van Halen's "Best
of Both Worlds." |

A passion for hot rods, and hot thundering rock n' roll fuel,
Michael Anthony is the bass player and background vocalist for
Van Halen, one of rock's greatest bands. The Madman's been busy
this year, releasing his " Mad Anthony’s Hot Sauce" and embarking
on a massive Van Halen Tour. When not touring, Mikey enjoys
spending time with his family, and having come through the ranks,
does the best he can to help up and coming bands. |

From Hall of Famers such as John Lennon, George Harrison, Blondie, Lou Reed and Crosby Still, Nash and Young, to newcomers such as *NSYNC and Britney Spears, Jonny Podell has played a role in music history as its unfolded. He ran the music departments at both William Morris and ICM and is credited with creating the first boutique
agency, paving the way for the rise of subsequently successful imitators. Now, he has gone back to his roots with the Podell Talent Agency, working with acts such as Van Halen, Peter Gabriel, Alice Cooper, the Allman Brothers and red hot newcomers Silvertide and Gavin Degraw.

Irving Azoff is a name synonymous with the entertainment industry. Mr. Azoff began promoting and booking bands during his early college years and has scored and been successful as an agent, personal manager, concert promoter, movie producer, independent record label owner, merchandiser, music publisher, and CEO of one of the "big five" record companies. Irving Azoff is currently the chairman of the Azoff Music Management Group. He is the personal manager of such legendary acts as The Eagles, Sammy Hagar, Van Halen, Don Henley, Christina Aguilera, Seal, Journey and Jewel. Azoff was named "Manager of the Year" by both of the touring industry's trade publications, Performance and Pollstar.

Tenner & Associates President and Founder Lisa Tenner over the past 20 years has garnered a highly respected reputation as one of the music industry's most savvy talent builders and brand marketers--developing and guiding the careers of bands from unknowns to superstars. Ms. Tenner's passion for developing artists lead to the creation of the enormously successful Emerging Artists & Technology in Music (EAT'M) conference, a convocation of musicians, agents and marketers dedicated to promoting the development of new musical talent. Although her company, Tenner & Associates, has expanded to include branding and marketing in the poker world, Tenner has plans to continue her path in the music industry, launching two new music-related projects in 2005.

Three guys and a chick drummer, The Piper Downs met while students at Virginia Commonwealth University. All Acting majors, they moved to Los Angeles, quickly making waves in the LA scene. After countless tours in the US, Australia, and the UK, The Piper Downs have become known for high-energy shows, great songwriting, and an infectious sense of fun. The Downs have been featured at many festivals, including Eat'M, International Pop Overthrow, Vans Warped Tour and Wheat From Chaff, and they have thrice been named the "Best Unsigned Band in LA." They have provided songs for feature
films and local network TV shows. Winners of the 2003 "A Shot at the Cabo Wabo", the Piper Downs are the only
independent band in the history of Hard Rock Cafe to have an instrument added to the HRC permanent memorabilia collection (currently on display in the LA Cafe).
