On behalf of the Dental Committee of the Rotary Club I just wanted to Thank You for the outstanding time you and your staff showed us during our event of 119. Having the upstairs section to ourselves proved to be a benefit for the event as the guests had more of an opportunity to peruse our silent auction items. We are in the process of still collecting monies, but it looks as though we will have at least $5,500 by the end of this week. Having the Event in the middle of Old Town was a great draw for many of our Club members as well as the numerous tourists that got into the auction action as well. The overall response from the Club has been so positive that they have asked that I sit down with you in the near future to book next years Dental Fund Fundraiser at the Hard Rock again. Thanks again for making the night a winning success.

Diane was very accommodating and helpful in helping me plan my reservation for the Saturday of Fantasy Fest. She patiently laid out all the seating options and helped me pick the one that suited my needs. And when I arrived on Saturday, she was there, front and center, to welcome me and make me feel comfortable by introducing me to the other people at my table. We all had a ball. Thanks, Diane!  The space was terrific... we had a great vantage spot on the outdoor patio to watch the parade. The drinks were terrific.... Ashley took great care of us, both mixing our drinks perfectly and promptly, as well as taking our dinner order and walking us through the menu, even though she was taking care of dozens of other people, as well. Service was terrific.

Just a note to say thanks so much for sponsoring yesterday’s “Stuff the Bus” event at the Hard Rock. Your staff was great – very professional and helpful – and the food items were fun and delicious. Loved the PB&J bread rolls and grilled cheese mini-sandwiches!

The best part is that we collected more than a thousand dollars in cash and checks and several thousand dollars in schools supplies.

Because of people like you, we will be able to ensure that all the students in Monroe County schools have the supplies they need to succeed at their studies.

I want to thank you for graciously hosting the Chamber's Business After Hours for our Members on July 15th. The Christmas in July theme was very well received and a pleasure to see all the toys donated to the Guardian Ad Litem and Samuel's House.

Joe & I just wanted to thank you & all the Hard Rock staff for making our rehearsal cocktail party more amazing then we thought it could be! All of our guests had the greatest time, food was awesome, & servers were very attentive. We worked Patrick hard but he was on the ball with making sure everyone had a drink (or shot) at all times!

We missed ya, wish you could have been there to join us but you promised the best event & you were absolutely right!! It was such a pleasure meeting you & being able to to spend a little time with you while we were there to have lunch, your hospitality was much appreciated :))

The party was a perfect kick off for the wedding celebrations the next day, it was one party that I'm sure the Marriott Beachside hotel will never forget! ;)

It was so sad having to leave beautiful Key West after a wonderful week there, we sure hope to be back

Dear Kelly,

We have just stayed for a week in Key West, enjoying the most amazing Fantasy Fest. We come every year, and as Hard Rock VIP members, we spend an awful lot of time at your outside bar, eating and drinking.

How wonderful it was when we returned this year to be welcomed back by Kate, who recognizes us each year, but not only that, she also recognizes us in each costume that we wear. That is excellent customer service.

Also, we would like you to thank Patrick, whose cocktail mixes had us returning so often we had to go back to our hotel for a lay down several times before venturing out again.....to do it all again.

We also noticed how hard Tricia worked, and she was still able to provide us with lovely drinks and excellent service.

There is one member of staff that we always see,that seems to work tirelessly all day, doesn't stop to chat or anything, but clears and tidies the area and never seems to have to be told.....just gets on.... and we asked their name (Jaime).

All of these guys provided an excellent service that made our stay in Key West extra special, and we would appreciate it if you said an extra thank you to them from us.

We will be back next year to do it all again.....looking forward to seeing them all again!

Once again, thanks for the great job!  When we arrived at the Hard Rock for our event, we were greeted by the manager on duty and escorted up to the party room.  The servers who were working the event promptly introduced themselves to us.  The room was set-up exactly as requested.  There were absolutely no complaints about any of the food served that evening.  The strip steak got the biggest compliments.  People also enjoyed the open bar.  One of the biggest hits was the balcony that overlooks Duval Street.  I think almost everyone went out on the balcony at one time or another during the party to enjoy the view and people watch on Duval Street.  It was a great evening and I couldn't have been happier that we choose Hard Rock to host our event.

Highly recommend The Hard Rock Key West for a rock your socks off Wedding Reception venue! This place is really beautiful from the outside in it's 5 stars all the way...and when I say totally professional I mean you show up and the stress and worries are OVER. Time to party and enjoy yourself!  The party room has a balcony over looking Duval St., the service, food and drinks were perfect.  We all had a really great time ending a stressful way too busy day to full of smiles and amazing memories to share with our family and guests. We will definitely be back every time I visit Key West, just a beautiful spot to repeat our memories of a special day.  Diane went way out of her way to pull this together for us, I will never forget her.  After the other place we booked months in advance dropped us for a bigger reception party.  Within minutes of her hearing about our horrid ordeal she pulled together a NEW stress free plan, coordinated a menu and calmed me down.  My tears of fear of ruining our special day (with no reception place to schedule with a two weeks notice to re-plan everything) were turned to tears of joy that someone would go to such lengths for a perfect stranger. We will be back every time we visit! It is so refreshing to see such good caring people in a big commercial company like the Hard Rock.
