Pamela and I would love to extend our sincerest gratitude to the Hard Rock, Sara, yourself and the entire staff. Everyone there made our special day a very memorable one. The entire planning process was seamless and the outcome, purely amazing. The entire staff catered to our every needs and made us feel like family. Hard Rock Corporate did an amazing job locating the songs we wanted and loading them on the Hard Rock Pigeon Forges Video System so that we could have our first dance and bridal dance. The food was amazing, the presentation of the cake and table were again, amazing. We would love to say thank you for everything!! Attached are a few photos from the Hard Rock!

Hard Rock was wonderful to work with for our field trip. We arrived and their staff was amazing with our 200 students. The students had their food and back at Wonderworks in less than 90 minutes. We had preordered, and Hard Rock did an amazing job getting the food out to everyone. We will definitely return to Hard Rock and use them for future field trips. The service was fabulous, and Susan Padgett was wonderful to work with planning everything out.
