HARD ROCK HOTEL FREE NIGHT REWARDS PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Hotel Rewards Terms") govern the Hard Rock Hotel Free Night Rewards Promotion (the "Promotion").

1. The Promotion is only open to members in good standing of the Hard Rock Rewards & Hard Rock Rewards VIP program ("Rewards Program"). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program except to the extent modified herein. To be eligible to receive Hotel Free Night Certificates, a Rewards Program member must have fully activated his or her Rewards membership by completing the online activation process on the Rewards Program website.

2. The Earn period of this Promotion is from January 5, 2015 through June 5, 2015 ("Promotional Period").

3. Rewards Program members can earn one (1) Hotel Free Night Certificate for every five (5) Paid Qualifying Nights at any participating Hard Rock Hotel properties during the Promotional Period. Rewards Program members must stay a full five (5) nights for each Hotel Free Night Certificate. Only stays during the Promotional Period will be counted. The following Hard Rock Hotel properties are participating in this Promotion: Biloxi Hotel & Casino, Cancun Hotel, Chicago Hotel, Hollywood Hotel & Casino, Ibiza Hotel, Orlando Hotel, Palm Springs Hotel, Panama Megapolis Hotel, Punta Cana Hotel & Casino, Riviera Maya Hotel, Tampa Hotel & Casino, Vallarta Hotel.

4. For purposes of this Promotion, a Paid Qualifying Night means one (1) night during the Promotional Period at a participating Hard Rock Hotel property for which the Rewards Program member paid an Eligible Rate. An Eligible Rate means the standard rack room rate for the applicable lodging and excludes wholesale/tour operator packages, contracted crew rates, travel agency discount rates, and stays paid for using other discount coupons or promotional codes. The following shall not qualify as a Paid Qualifying Night at an Eligible Rate:

a. If you booked multiple rooms during the same stay period using your member number, only one room will be eligible to count as a Paid Qualifying Night.

b. Any stays at a participating Hard Rock Hotel property that were completed prior to your Rewards membership enrollment date do not qualify as a Paid Qualifying Night.

5. Each Hotel Free Night Certificate will entitle the Rewards Program member to one (1) complimentary night at any participating Hard Rock Hotel property for a standard room; at a participating All-Inclusive Hard Rock Hotel property, a Hotel Free Night Certificate shall cover a maximum of two (2) guests per room and additional charges shall apply for each additional guest per room booked with a Hotel Free Night Certificate. The Hotel Free Night Certificate will cover room charges, taxes and standard resort fees only; it will not cover meals, tips, gratuity, incidentals, or other resort-related charges or any other expenses relating a member's stay except at participating All-Inclusive Hard Rock Hotel properties where standard inclusions will apply (varies by property). Additional terms and conditions may apply as set forth on the Hotel Free Night Certificate.

6. Hotel Free Night Certificates must be redeemed for stays between February 1 and December 20, 2015 and for Rewards Program members' personal use only. Hotel Free Night Certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Hotel Free Night Certificates may not be transferred, sold, exchanged or bartered. Hotel Free Night Certificate reservations must be made in advance of the stay by calling 1-844-373-9273. The Rewards Program member must notify the reservation agent that the member would like to use a Hotel Free Night Certificate and provide the agent his/her Rewards member ID and Hotel Free Night Certificate number. No walk-ins using Hotel Free Night Certificates will be accepted. Redemption of Hotel Free Night Certificates are subject to availability and blackout dates (varies by participating Hard Rock Hotel). Any no show or cancellation made within the cancellation policy window will result in the member forfeiting his/her Hotel Free Night Certificate used to make that reservation.

7. Hotel Free Night Certificates will not be valid at a Hard Rock Hotel property if it is no longer branded as a Hard Rock Hotel or discontinues its participation in the Rewards Program before such Hotel Free Night Certificate is redeemed. In such a case, the Rewards Program member will be permitted to use the Hotel Free Night Certificate at another participating Hard Rock Hotel property.

8. Reward Program members are also eligible to receive points for their Paid Qualifying Nights as set forth in the Rewards Program terms and conditions. However, when a Rewards Program member redeems a Hotel Free Night Certificate, the member will not earn points on the free night stay in the Rewards Program.

9. Hard Rock reserves the right to modify any Paid Qualifying Night, Reward points' postings or issuance of Hotel Free Night Certificates made in error.

10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Promotion is subject to cancellation, change, addition or extension in Hard Rock's sole discretion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How do I earn a Hotel Free Night Certificates?
A Hard Rock Rewards member can earn Paid Qualifying Nights on one room per stay, during the promotional period (see dates above) at participating properties. One Hotel Free Night Certificate will be issued for every 5 Paid Qualified Nights during the promotional period. It is the member’s responsibility to provide Rewards ID at hotel check-in/checkout. Hard Rock Rewards Members must also have fully activated account online.

Which Hard Rock Hotel properties are participating in the promotion?

Do the 5 Paid Qualifying Nights have to be at the same Hard Rock Hotel?
No. The 5 Paid Qualifying Nights can be at the same or different Hard Rock Hotel properties.

How will I receive my Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Hard Rock Rewards members that have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their FULLY ACTIVATED account profile will receive email notification when the virtual (electronic) Hotel Free Night Certificate has been posted to their account. You MUST sign in to your account to access your Hotel Free Night Certificate.

How long does it take to receive the Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Hard Rock Rewards Members will receive email notification when the Hotel Free Night Certificate has been posted to their account, approximately 1 week after completion of the 5th Paid Qualified Night.

What is a fully activated account?
A fully activated account means that you have completed your profile online at members.hardrock.com/rewards-activate-home

How long does it take to receive the Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Hard Rock Rewards Members will receive email notification when the Hotel Free Night Certificate has been posted to their account, approximately 1 week after completion of the 5th Paid Qualified Night.

When should my membership be activated?
As soon as possible! You can ACTIVATE your account at any time online, via mobile device at hardrockrewards.com. You will not be eligible to receive Hotel Free Night Certificate unless your account is fully activated.

When can I redeem my Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Once you have your Hotel Free Night Certificate, you may redeem by calling 1-844-373-9273 for stays February 1 – December 20, 2015 (rooms are subject to availability).

How do I redeem the Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Hotel Free Night Certificates can only be redeemed at participating Hard Rock Hotel properties by calling 1-844-373-9273. You will need to provide the certificate number to the agent when you call and advise that you want to redeem your Hotel Free Night Certificate.

When does the Hotel Free Night Certificate expire?
Hotel Free Night Certificate must be redeemed and stay must be completed on or before December 20, 2015. Refer to Hotel Free Night Certificate for details.

What does the Hotel Free Night Certificate cover?
Each Hotel Free Night Certificate covers one (1) complimentary night at a participating Hard Rock Hotel property for a standard room; at a participating All-Inclusive Hard Rock Hotel property, one certificate covers a maximum of two (2) guests per room. Please refer to Terms & Conditions.

What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
You should use the same phone number for making your free night reservation 1-844-373-9273.

What if I join Hard Rock Rewards during my stay?
Be sure to have your new Hard Rock Rewards ID tracked on your folio when you checkout.

Can I let a family member use my Hotel Free Night Certificate?
Hotel Free Night Certificates must be redeemed for stays between February 1 and December 20, 2015 for Hard Rock Rewards members’ personal use only.

Am I required to present my Hard Rock Rewards ID during my Free Night stay?
Yes! ALWAYS present your Hard Rock Rewards ID at check-in/checkout for every stay at participating properties.
