The mentorship of the program has helped me connect with other women and let me share experiences. Connecting with a mentor helps me see various viewpoints across the company, beyond just my department. I have gained valuable allies that will stand the test of time.

CHRISTINA DAVIES
P.U.L.S.E. TMRG Officer

“Since joining the P.U.L.S.E. TMRG, I have extended this resource not only to team members at my property, but to team members enterprise-wide. Knowing that we can provide a comfortable place for hard conversations, we are giving team members the support that can let them be true to themselves, and to educate allies. It has been simply awe inspiring. ”

MICHELE FICK
SALUTE TMRG Officer

"As the daughter and granddaughter of Veterans, joining Salute is a way to honor my father and grandfather. The TMRGs are a huge part of the culture that we build not only at the property level, but also as a company. I am excited to help introduce TMRGs to our new property and look forward to collaborating with Team Members at other properties."

MICHAEL CANTU
SUNCONQUERED TMRG Officer

"I wanted to join UNCONQUERED to educate, express, represent, and relate to other Native American, Indigenous, and Non-Indigenous TMs within the Company. To be a very small percentage in a Native American company, we have a vital role in sharing who we are. Every TMRG group offers a safe place for everyone to be open and free."

SASHA GUTIERREZ
L.E.A.D. TMRG Officer

"I joined the TMRG to help the organization recognize, foster, and mentor the unique attributes Latinos bring to our workforce, and to provide an experience that benefits the organization and the Team Members."
