Hard Rock Rewards ended on July 11th and Unity™ by Hard Rock launched on July 12th. Members, for the first time ever can earn incredible rewards while staying, dining, shopping, and doing what they love at participating locations including, Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and Rock Shops – anywhere in the world. Unity is now live in over 150 participating locations and more to come throughout 2022 and beyond.

Current Rewards MEMBERS

Hard Rock Reward Members have a new Unity account reserved just for them. In order to transfer their Hard Rock Rewards account history and activity to their new Unity account, they must first accept the new Terms and Privacy policies.

When does Hard Rock Rewards end?
Hard Rock Rewards ended on July 11th, 2022.
When does Unity start?
Participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming properties are launching Unity at different times, beginning April 2022 with Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and Hard Rock Hotel New York, many Hotels and Cafes beginning July 12th, 2022, with more participating locations being added throughout 2022 and beyond. Keep using your current account and program until Unity launches at your location.
How is Unity different from Hard Rock Rewards?
You can now earn and redeem points across all participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming locations around the world, including cafes, hotels, casinos and Rock Shops. It's bigger, more flexible, and more comprehensive with everything Hard Rock has to offer, all in one place.
What benefits do members get?
As a member, you are recognized at every participating Hard Rock location around the world, and enjoy special tier-based benefits that get better the more you visit. And now, you can also earn points to spend on future purchases at participating locations.
What are Unity Points and how do they work?
Unity Points are earned every time you game, purchase food, buy merchandise, or stay the night at one of our Hard Rock hotels. Unity Points work just like cash at any participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming location.

You can earn 3 Unity Points for every $1 spent in any participating cafe and non-casino hotel, and 1 Unity Point for every $1 spent on all other non-gaming spend in casinos. Unity Point earning rates for gaming at our casinos will vary at each casino based on your individual game play.
What are Tier Credits and how do they work?
Tier Credits are a measure of your progress toward your next Unity card status. They are earned based on your total gaming or non-gaming qualifying spend in a calendar year (January 1st through December 31st).

You earn 1 Tier Credit for every $1 spent in participating cafes and non-casino hotels, as well as on dining and retail outside of the cafe. Tier Credit earning rates will vary at each casino based on your game play. Your Tier Score will reset at the beginning of each year.
How do Unity Tiers work?
There are 4 levels of Unity membership, based on how much you earn with Unity. Benefits increase as you move through the different Tiers. The four Unity Tiers are: Star, Legend, Icon, and X.

You can advance to the next Tier by earning Tier Credits through purchases at participating Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming locations. The higher your Tier, the better your benefits become.

Tier 2: Legend…4,000 Tier Credits
Tier 3: Icon………15,000 Tier Credits
Tier 4: X……………Invite Only
Is Unity free of charge or is there an annual fee?
Membership is completely free.
Will my current Hard Rock Rewards member number change?
Yes. On July 11th, 2022, Hard Rock Rewards accounts will be retired and no longer be accessible. If you are a current Rewards member, you will receive a Welcome email from Unity containing information about your new loyalty account number that has been reserved just for you.

To activate and begin using your new Unity membership and online account, you’ll need to follow the instructions in the Welcome email and visit the Unity website to accept the Unity loyalty program’s Terms & Conditions. Once you’ve accepted the new terms, we’ll migrate your existing Hard Rock Rewards history over to the Unity program so you can start earning points with your new account right away.
Will we still receive Priority Seating Coupons?
You will get priority seating in Hard Rock Cafe’s based on your Tier Status.  Priority Seating begins at Icon. If multiple Unity Members arrive at the same time, then a wait list will begin based on the number of available tables, but you will be seated before the general guest.
Will we still receive Birthday vouchers?
Yes! You will still receive birthday offers. We love when guests celebrate birthdays with us.
Is there an expiration date on any points we get?
Unity Points will expire if your account is inactive for 6 months. To keep Unity Points from expiring, you will need to make a qualifying purchase or book a hotel reservation for the future. The points inactivity system is designed to allow for flexibility with your points. If you have any questions, please contact Unity Customer Care.
WILL THE NEW PROGRAM STILL TRACK VISITS?
Yes! We will continue to keep track of your unique history.
WILL THE OLD DATA/CURRENT VISITS ALL BE TRANSFERRED FROM REWARDS TO UNITY?
Yes. In the future, your Unity account will include a map that shows all the Hard Rock locations that you have visited over time. Features like this are still in development and will be rolled out when ready. Our intent is to include the map that everyone knows and loves. Your history will be available—you will not lose your visit status.
Will I get credit for visits I’ve already made in 2022?
Yes, we will make every effort to ensure a seamless transition. We will give you 1 Tier Credit for every dollar you spent that was tracked to your Hard Rock Rewards account from January 1, 2022, to when Unity officially launches July 12th, 2022. So keep using your existing loyalty card! Your Hard Rock Reward history will be transferred to your Unity account.
WILL ALL HARD ROCK LOCATIONS BE LISTED ON UNITY LIKE THEY ARE CURRENTLY ON REWARDS?
Yes. Participating locations will be visible online and identified by signage on property.
What if I have a Hotel Free Night coupon?
Existing Hotel Free Night Certificates will still be redeemable for 12 months from date of issuance, and unredeemed Cafe offers will still be redeemable through their expiration dates.
WILL THERE STILL BE MILESTONE PINS? 
Yes, Milestone Pins will be part of Unity. Be on the lookout for more information about pins coming in the near future.
Will there be a new loyalty app?
Yes! We will be releasing a Unity by Hard Rock app that will be initially available to download at the US App Store and US Google Play.
Will the new Unity app track property visits?
Yes! The Unity App will keep a track of visit history to Cafes, Rock Shops, Hotels, Casinos and any other participating Hard Rock or Seminole Gaming properties.
Can I use my Rewards/Unity points or tier credits for real-money online gaming like the Hard Rock Sportsbook or free online games like the Hard Rock Jackpot Casino?
Unfortunately, no. Hard Rock's online gaming websites and apps are not participating in the Unity program, yet.
